Title: Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme
Location: Central Liverpool 8 full days
Description: This programme is for leaders and managers in the public, voluntary and private sectors who wish to develop innovative, creative and entrepreneurial behaviours in their organisations.
The Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme (ELP) has been designed to meet the specific needs of organisations who wish to develop entrepreneurial skills, attitudes and behaviours.In particular, this programme will add value to public organisations looking to become more flexible and agile in their approach, voluntary organisations facing new challenges and private sector businesses needing to examine their entrepreneurial structures.
Unit 1: The individual, the organisation and the context. Understanding the changing strategic position of the organisation and the implications for the organisation and the role of leaders and managers.
Unit 2: Keeping customers and clients at the heart. Putting customers at the heart of analysis and decision making and developing a customer focus culture.
Unit 3: Entrepreneurialism. Creating an environment in which creativity and innovation is encouraged and using the entrepreneurial process. Developing a learning organisation.
Unit 4: Essential business finance. Implementing sound financial practices and ensuring value for money.
Unit 5: Performing and delivering. Creating a motivational environment in which eveyone can perform to the highest standards.
Unit 6: Leadership and change. Analysing the role and behaviours of leadership in complex environments and the implications for leading and managing change.
Programme costs including BCA certification and one to one coaching: £600 per participant.

Assessment: Each participant will develop an integrated project designed to add value to their own organisation.
